The price you see on a provider’s website is only part of what a home warranty costs. Your real cost over a year also includes the service fees you pay for each request, any add-ons, and any amount above the plan’s coverage limits.
These guides help you work out the full picture and decide whether a plan makes financial sense for you.

Prices change, and examples aren't quotes
Home warranty prices vary by provider, plan, home size and type, location, and the options you choose. They can also change at any time. When we show a price, we label it as provider-advertised, estimated, or an example we calculated ourselves, and we include the date we checked it. None of these are quotes. Your actual price comes from the provider for your address.
